Walnut, CA-First Team All-American, team leader and Mt. SAC Quarterback Nick Lamaison (6'1-200) has signed a letter of intent and has received a full-scholarship to play this season for the Volunteers. Last season as a freshman, Lamaison led the Mounties to a Conference and Southern California Championship. "We will truly miss Nick, however we are excited for him and his opportunity to play and challenge for the starting job at Tennessee", replies Offensive Coordinator, Tom Craft. "Had he stayed for another season with us, he would have challenged many of the all-time community college records."
Lamaison finishes his Mountie career with 3,479 yards of passing, 36 TD's and a passing efficiency of 166.5.
