One of the nation's top QB's and the one at the top of UT's board will announce his college decison tomorrow. Jake Heaps (Sammerish, WA) will decide between Tenn, BYU, Washington, LSU, and Cal.
Tennessee has been on Heaps very hard from the get-go and at one time appeared to be in good shape for his signature. Recently though he has appeared to be leaning more and more towards BYU, a school of his Mormon faith.
If the VOLS do land Heaps, it would be the biggest commitment of the 2010 class and on the same level as Bryce Brown in 09.
It's safe to say that UT is in Heaps top 3 with Washington and BYU even though he hasn't said so specifically.
