UT got their 4th commitment of the week on Friday from Miami(Gulliver Prep) OLB Ralph Williams (6'1-215). He is the 7th commitment of the class and the second SoFla recruit that recruiting extraordinaire Eddie Gran has reeled in.
Williams tells Rivals.com about his relationship with the new UT RB coach.
"Coach G kept it real with me," Williams explained. "He told me what I needed to do not only to get better as a player, but what I need to do in the classroom. He has put a plan in place for me to get where I need to be academically.
Williams has never been to Knoxville but plans to visit them and them only this Summer or Fall.

Unlike most recruiting videos where the recruit is usually circled or highlighted so the viewer can find them, Williams doesn't need to be circled. You can't miss him.
Williams is exactly the type of OLBs that Monte used in his Tampa 2. That's' why Monte attended Gulliver Preps Spring game and decided to hand pick him. Rivals has Williams as a 3 star, but that is something that is sure to change.
